Our software is redefining pricing in manufacturing.To make this happen, were building an architecture thats cloud-native, scalable by default, and built to support bold experimentation without ever compromising reliability or security.Were looking for someone who thrives thrives on multiplicative work, has strategic and tactical lenses, knows how to pick the right tools, and wants to shape the world our other teams operate in.Join us as a (Senior) Platform Engineer (f/m/d) and help us evolve.Your MissionEvolve and maintain our platform to support current and future levels of scale and capabilities.Work closely with development teams, architects, and cloud engineers to engineer and deliver what matters.Champion platform security and compliance, mentoring in best practices, and overseeing adherence to standards.Display and foster a DevOps mindset; make it easy for teams to really own their products.Develop, operate, and integrate high-quality platform utilities that are crucial building blocks of our overall system.Your SkillsDegree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in platform engineering (or a similar role).Strong knowledge of containers, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and at least basics in Kubernetes, cloud, Terraform, and general software engineering.You see tools as tools and learn new ones fast when the job calls for it.Understand that an engineering org is a socio-technical system no change is ever just a change.Solid grasp of distributed systems.Care about quality attributes like availability, reliability, correctness but know when pragmatism beats perfection.Startup mindset: collaborative, hands-on, and adaptable.Bonus: software engineering background because its easier to design a great car when you also drive it.Don't tick all the boxes yet?
