At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.  Responsibilities • Coaching and advising managers on all HR-related and organization-specific issues as well as on labor law issues • Sparring partner for the management and leadership team • Advising and supporting around 120 employees • Close collaboration with and interface with colleagues in the global HR Competence Center and the HR Shared Service Organization • Implementation and further development of global HR processes (performance management, succession planning, merit, engagement) at the production site, including post-merger integration • Participation in cross-departmental HR projects • Implementation of tasks and processes along the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding • Support of recruiting processes and development and implementation of employer branding measures • Preparation of reports and statistics on HR key figures and data maintenance • Contact person for central payroll accounting and interface to the finance department What your background should look like: • Successfully completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on human resources, or comparable qualification, e.g. HR officer or HR business partner • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in the human resources field in a generalist role • Structured, efficient and results-oriented way of working • Very good communication skills and quick comprehension • Discretion and high service orientation (hands-on mentality) • Confident in using MS Office applications and HR tools • Fluent German and very good written and spoken English Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork WHAT TE CONNECTIVITY OFFERS: We are pleased to offer you an exciting total package that can also be flexibly adapted to changing life situations - the well-being of our employees is our top priority • Competitive Salary Package • Performance-Based Bonus Plans • Health and Wellness Incentives • Employee Stock Purchase Program • Community Outreach Programs / Charity Events • Employee Resource Group Across our global sites and business units, we put together packages of benefits that are either supported by TE itself or provided by external service providers.
