Send us your CV anywayYour key responsibilitiesShape the future of our technology stack and applying it innovatively to solve complex problems and contribute building a shared platform architecture and code base across Fintech Enablement applications allowing quicker time to market of new solutionsLead by example, in software development, planning and delivery.Partner with, and influence, stakeholders globally from development, infrastructure and production on risk identification, remediation solutions, and managing change conflicts to build momentum in optimising the processes and platforms across Development and ProductionNurture talent across the team and the various disciplines (Developer, DevOps, BA, QA etc) to maximise the potential of our team to realise efficient and effective delivery for our business.Your skills and experiencesExtensive experience developing reusable and performant platforms using Kotlin rooted in the latest architectural and design principles (cloud-based microservice architectures revolving around big data storage).
