More information about our Corporate Consulting team can be found at us in shaping the future of a data-driven and AI-powered organization.As an AI Enablement Specialist, you will drive the development of a company-wide data culture and support our teams in responsibly and effectively harnessing the potential of artificial intelligence—for more efficient processes, better decisions, and sustainable innovation. The following challenges await you:Advising and supporting departments in the integration and application of AI technologies to optimize processes and decisionsIdentifying and evaluating new AI application areas in internal processesDesigning, testing, and optimizing AI-based workflows for various use casesCreating, maintaining, and further developing documentation, guidelines, and best practices for AI useDesigning and conducting workshops, training courses, and enablement formats to further develop the data culture within the companyPromoting data literacy and data-based work in all areas of the companyWorking closely with IT, data science, and business units to anchor AI initiatives sustainably in day-to-day businessResponsibility as Success Manager for established AI tools to promote the use of “everyday AI” in the company Your Profile: Degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable fieldExtensive experience in digital projects, ideally in the field of AI, data science, or digital transformationPractical experience in prompt engineering and the application of generative AIExperience in designing and conducting workshops and training formatsExperience in change management, ideally with relevant certificationAbility to communicate complex technical topics in a clear, convincing, and practical mannerStrong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaborationEnthusiasm for data-driven innovation, process optimization, and cultural changeVery good written and spoken German and English skills What we offer:Attractive compensation - strong basic salary in line with the collective agreement for the chemical industry, annual one-time payments (vacation bonus, Christmas bonus, future bonus), time off for retirement and extension of the statutory nursing care insurance to include supplementary nursing care insuranceAdditional financial benefits - promotion of private pension plans, life phase account for paid time off (e.g. sabbatical, earlier retirement), subsidy for local public transport, discounts in many (online) storesRegulated working hours - 37.5 hours per week, time off for overtime, retirement leave, 30 days annual leave, special leave for special occasionsHealth & well-being - company medical service with comprehensive preventive medical check-ups, sports offers, social counseling and in-house employee canteen with freshly prepared meals every dayCurious?
