This is what you can do: Development and implementation of a holistic purchasing and supply chain strategy in the Aerostructures divisionManagement and further development of our purchasing departmentOptimization of processes, cost structures and delivery performanceBuilding and maintaining strategic partnerships with suppliers worldwideConception and implementation of digitalization initiatives in purchasing and the supply chainClose collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure efficiency and transparency You’ll bring this with you: Successfully completed studies in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of management experience in strategic purchasing and supply chain management in a medium-sized company and in the aerospace industryDemonstrable success in transformations and/or growth projectsStrong digital affinity and experience using modern IT and ERP systems in an SAP environmentLeadership skills: motivating, assertive, and hands-onExcellent negotiation and communication skills in German and EnglishExcellent analytical and conceptual skills.
