MEP Project Manager (m/f/d) - Data CentersWe are seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to lead the MEP aspects of data center construction projects, ensuring systems meet design specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and deliver MEP systems for data center projects, overseeing installation quality and performance testing of critical infrastructureDevelop and maintain detailed MEP project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for power, cooling, and building systemsCoordinate with cross-functional teams (engineers, contractors, vendors) and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the MEP project lifecycleEnsure MEP systems compliance with industry standards, building codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency requirementsReview technical submittals, monitor MEP performance metrics, evaluate system commissioning, and provide regular status reportsFacilitate MEP system documentation, as-built drawings, and knowledge transfer for operations teamsQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field with several years of experience managing MEP systems in data center or mission-critical facility projectsComprehensive knowledge of MEP infrastructure and relevant industry standardsStrong technical expertise in MEP system design, construction methodologies, and ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specificationsExcellent coordination, scheduling and budget management skills with proficiency in project management software and documentationProven problem-solving abilities, troubleshooting experience, and risk management in complex MEP environmentsProfessional Engineering license and/or DCEP/DCTP certifications preferred; detail-oriented with hands-on MEP data center expertiseJones Lang LaSalle SEHuman ResourcesIhr Ansprechpartner:Jan BauermannTalent Acquisition Partner EMEALocation: On-site –Frankfurt am Main, DEUIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
