System & Process Specialist - Revenue & Distribution (f/m/d) MEININGER Hotels Berlin Headquarters Full-time MEININGER Hotel Group is looking for a System & Process Specialist (f/m/d) in the area of Revenue and Distribution, working within the structure on improvements across the department to achieve SLA (Service Level Agreement) and business goals as well as improving the customer experience within the MEININGER brand. We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities—and counting YOUR TASKS Ensuring that all Revenue & Distribution (partially also payment) processes are documented and any updates are communicated to the wider team through training and communication. Contributing on Revenue and Distribution process projects to drive efficiency and ensure that the systems are best utilised Updating the Revenue & Distribution relating systems to ensure that they are efficient and effective used by the team members Analysing trends around issues with systems used from the Revenue & Distribution team to proactively find and roll out improvements Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather feedback and understand how to enhance the processes and systems Build, design and update knowledge bases in the systems to assist with users at all levels Plan and roll out relevant systems training to key business stakeholders, documenting all processes and guidelines Logging and Testing of any system changes which impact the team and ensuring any bugs are communicated to the IT / Project management team. Assisting in company-wide projects as and when required.
