Job DescriptionAccountable for maximizing sales of our brands in the defined territory. In Addition, in charge of key account management and develop, implement and adjust required account plans to reach sales targets, based on customer insights and in accordance to set strategy for our brands as well as develop and manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement required plans to secure sales targetsAcquire the relevant knowledge of the marketplace for our brands in the territory. Gather and interpret relevant data and insights, through customer and stakeholder interaction, as well as other available sources.Establish, control and monitor customer engagement plans for all relevant prescribing centres including cross-functional customer support activities from all relevant Sobi workstreamsIdentify and assess market opportunities and decide on tactics in collaboration with the local team in order to maximize on the business opportunityShare and communicate market knowledge and customer insights internally with the team membersExecute the account plan/brand plan and continuously revise the plan when neededAnalyze and follow-up on sales and activities, including spending Customer contact for our brands in the territory:Initiate and execute customer activitiesIdentify and interact with Key Opinion Leaders and other relevant stakeholders in the territoryShare best practice initiatives Principal Interfaces/Relationships:The local BU team, consisting of Marketing, Medical, Patient Access/Engagement, Sales Force and other Service functions and Cross functional team based in Stockholm and local affiliate management and staffClinical and private practice-based treaters, nurses, supporting medical specialists such as biomedical scientists, pharmacists, hospital controllers and purchasing managers as needed plus appropriate required relationships with agreed local market access stakeholdersOpinion leaders and decision makers including patient organizationsQualificationsTraining as a pharmaceutical sales representative or an equivalent qualification in accordance with the Medicines ActSales experience and knowledge of the healthcare marketTeam spirit, customer orientation, service mindset, and flexibilityIT skills (particularly MS Office and CRM systems) as well as experience with alternative communication channels (omnichannel capabilities)Initiative, innovative ideas, and analytical/strategic account-management skillsAbility to cooperate and work in a team, combined with a confident and convincing mannerHigh willingness to travel, a Class B driver’s license, and residence within the travel regionAdditional InformationAll Sobi employees need to demonstrate behaviors in line with Sobi's core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership.
