Resident Application Engineer for Motor Controllers

Your assignment: You will ensure world-wide technical support to our customers in the application of our products You will create technical presentations and application notes You will act as an interface between the customer's development department and our own organization, especially in the product development phase up to market launch You will perform application-oriented measurements of motor applications You will validate new motor ICs You will support the marketing department in the creation of technical documents You will define and program product-specific software You will analyze some field returns to verify customer issues Your Profile: You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field You have some experience with semiconductor manufacturing You have knowledge of programming microcontrollers (C/C++, assembler) You understand at least the basics of electric drives (BLDC, stepper, PMSM) A basic knowledge of automotive bus systems (LIN, CAN) is an advantage You have the ability to analyze technical processes and document them in an understandable way Your passion lies in understanding and solving technical challenges Your responsible, independent work and actions, as well as your ability to work in a team, round off your profile You are available for occasional national and international travel Very good written and spoken English skills are required; knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable Our Benefits: Salary according to collective agreement (Summer holiday and Christmas bonus, as well as other special payments) Flexible working hours with unlimited flexitime days and home office options Internal Sports offers; such as Hansefit, job bicycle Company pension scheme Individual training, development and advanced training offers In-house health management Corporate Benefits Team events and company celebrations Discounts in the company canteen Free parking spaces with EV charging station, subsidization of public transport tickets Relocation management if needed Dependant on position and length of service.
