Key Responsibilities: Entrepreneurial Brand Leadership: Provide visionary direction for the brand, taking full ownership for business results and consistently challenging the status quo to unlock new growth potential. Ownership of Product Portfolio & Innovation Pipeline: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring a robust pipeline of scientifically backed, premium products. Strategic Commercial Steering & Campaigns: Set the strategic commercial agenda, steering lead market campaigns and initiatives that anticipate market shifts and capitalize on emerging business opportunities; represent the brand unit in all key planning forums and report directly to executive management. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing Experts, Sales, and Operations to deliver best-in-class products and cohesive brand experiences.Product & Communication Strategy: Architect and execute compelling product, communication, and claim strategies that differentiate the brand, fuel sustainable growth, and resonate with evolving consumer needs.Commercial Responsibility (P&L) & Economic Performance Optimization: Take proactive responsibility for economic performance across the entire product lifecycle, leveraging data-driven insights into pricing, market, and consumer behavior to maximize value creation. Core Campaigns & Content Excellence: Orchestrate the development and delivery of high-impact core campaigns, ensuring through critical review and close collaboration with marketing and agencies that all content drives measurable commercial success. Requirements: Extensive Experience: 10+ years in product, brand, growth, venture building, consulting, or general management roles; FMCG/CPG experience a plus, but not required.Entrepreneurial Mindset: Embraces ownership, acts decisively, thrives in ambiguity, and proactively seizes new growth opportunities.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products and brands, with clear ownership for business outcomes such as P&L and growth metrics.Strategic & Analytical Strength: Exceptional abilities in strategic thinking, analytics, and project management. Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing high-performing teams.Consumer & Market Focus: Deep commitment to understanding consumers and translating scientific and market insights into winning product concepts and differentiated portfolios with a blue ocean mindset.Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in communication and stakeholder engagement.
