At the heart of it all it is simple: We bring financial services to the next level with innovative software solutions and platforms.We are helping companies in the financial services industry to achieve speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency through digital business innovation, cloud technology, and solutions that cover banking and insurance processes end-to-end.A global company, with rapid growth, innovative people, and a lean organization makes SAP Fioneer a place where you accelerate your futureAbout the RoleIn the role of Business Manager Operations you'll be at the heart of our project lifecycle management and will be steering the processes end-to-end from contracting to invoicing, including the following main tasks:Project life cycle management including contracting, calculations, staffing, project management, controlling, invoicing and executing the process of project setup in SAP S/4HANA.Responsibility for setup and administration of customer and internal projects including the commercial framework like milestones, billing plan, pricing, etc.Capacity planning, handling resource requests, staffing internal and external resources with a high level of efficiency, quality, compliance, and discipline.Resource requisition, activity tracking and budgeting of current workforce.Calculation, utilization, reporting as well as deviation control of budgets and tracking of project Profit & Loss.Regular monthly closing activities including invoicing, deferred bookings and review of revenue bookings.Customer payment managementClose alignment with Profit Centre Leads, Finance, Controlling and Business Operations organization.Facilitate regular project reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, risks, and financials.Proactively managing project risks identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements across project operations and proposing actionable solutions.RequirementsA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration with excellent grades.1- 2 years of first professional experience in controlling, project controlling or business operations.You are a strong analytical thinker, coupled with a talent for numbers and data interpretation.
