Position SummaryFür unseren Geschäftsbereich CE SCM suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Person als SCM Specialist (m/w/d) (CL2/ TB4 – Professional)Dienstsitz: Schwalbach/Ts.Role and ResponsibilitiesDas erwartet dich:Steuerung der gesamten Warenversorgungskette, verantwortlich für einen ProduktbereichErstellung der Einkaufsplanung mit Produkt Marketing und Verantwortung für den kompletten PSI Prozess (Sell-in, Sell-out, Inventory Management)Erstellung von Forecast Analysen und Überwachung der KPIs sowie entsprechende Ableitung von MaßnahmenEntwicklung der Supply-Chain-Strategie, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu möglichst geringen Kosten zu maximieren für den verantwortlichen Produktbereich (Factory Direct Shipment, Shipment Frequency)Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc Anfragen, Analysen und Kommunikation mit verschiedene hochrangige Stakeholdern (Local Management wie Präsident und CFO, European Head Office, Global Headquarter)Kommunikationsschnittstelle für die Abstimmung in English und Deutsch zwischen Vertrieb, Key Customer, Produkt Marketing, Headquarter, European Head Office, Produktion, Logistik, Operation, Controlling, BI Team)Vorbereitung der Reporting, Datenanalysen und Präsentationen für das Management und VIP PräsentationenEnge Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern wie zum Beispiel Marketing, Produkt Management, Sales (Strategy) & RetailBegleitung und Mitwirkung bei den GTM-Prozesses und VorbereitungenVorbereitung und Durchführung der wöchentlichen SCM MeetingVorbereitung und aktives Reporting/Präsentieren in Key Customer MeetingsAbleitung von Maßnahmen und Optimierungen durch Analyse der gesamten europäischen Supply Chain und der frühzeitigen Erfassung von RisikenAnalyse von PSI für Produkt und KanalSteuerung der operativen Umsetzung für die Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung (Wochenziel/Monatsziel) und Optimierung der bestehenden SCM ProzesseSkills and QualificationsDas solltest du mitbringen:Ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer PositionEine starke Persönlichkeit sowie Kommunikations- und OrganisationsstärkeAusgeprägte kreative, methodische und analytische KompetenzErfahrung mit KPIs(Key Performance Indicator) / Risk Management und Implementierung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen in ProzessenSpaß an neuen HerausforderungenZuverlässige und flexible Arbeitseinstellung, proaktiver Umgang mit Problemen und Lösungsorientiere ArbeitsweiseDu arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich und zielorientiert und schätzt ein dynamisches UmfeldFließende Deutsch-, und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift), koreanische Sprachkenntnisse sind von VorteilAusgezeichente Excel-Kenntnisse(Excel Poweruser) inkl.
