Junior Project Manager*

We are applying state-of-the-art approaches to provide employees with a voice, either with our own tools and technology or in cooperation with our partners, including Qualtrics and Forsta. We are looking for aJuniorProject Manager to join our team in Europe, to support and lead projects across the region, especially in the DACH region, i.e. German speaking countries. We offer hybrid work arrangements combining working from home with an office location in our Munich or Frankfurt office.What is in it for you: A dynamic, supportive, and international team.An international corporate environment in which diversity, sustainability and social commitment are a priority;The opportunity to work on impactful projects with global clients.Professional growth through mentoring, training.Hybrid working.Join us in helping organizations unlock the full potential of their people.We will rely on you to: Support/lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Employee Experience projects for leading organizations across industries.Manage timelines, track progress, and help ensure high-quality project execution from survey setup to results delivery.Coordinatemany stakeholders parallel: consultants, client teams, and technical experts to keep projects running smoothly.Identify and mitigate project risks and issuesContribute to standardising processes aimed at maximising utilisation and risk reduction on project delivery;Clearly articulate requirements needed for delivery, share the importance of project deadlines Supportthe planning and execution of our client projects either as stand-alone projects, or part of wider programmes from inception to completion;An ability to define, maintain and report on project metrics including scope, risk and project plans for both internal and client stakeholdersManage multiple projects in parallelMonitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.What you need to have: A university degree (e.g., in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields).Around 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in HR consulting, research, project coordination, or a client-facing environment.Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Clear and confident communicationMotivation to learn about Employee Experience and grow within an international consulting environment.Proficiencywithusing Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortablewith AI developments;Experience with digital survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics) is a plus, but not a requirement — we’ll teach you what you need to know.Fluency in both German and English is essentialWhat makes you stand out: You are a strong communicator and proactive;Have a clientand delivery mind-set, able to focus on delivering excellence and ensuring client satisfaction;Prioritization skills, flexibility and an entrepreneurial mindset;Ideally you will have knowledge of Qualtrics Ex or similar Ex digital platforms.This is a great opportunity for a motivated person, with an interest or experience in employee survey project management, good data & interpersonal skills, who has an interest in how organisations work & how they strive towards making their employees experience a priority.
