Wir suchen einen Project Manager Recruiting (m/w/d), der Active Sourcing und Recruiting strategisch denkt und operativ exzellent ausführt. Du steuerst komplette Recruiting Cycles von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum finalen Abschluss der Projekte und hältst dabei sowohl Kandidaten als auch Stakeholder zuverlässig im Prozess. Du baust präzise, datenbasierte Funnel für unsere Kunden und führst alle Beteiligten durch den gesamten Ablauf – bis zur finalen Entscheidung des Unternehmens. Aufgaben Steuerung des Recruiting Cycle von Intake und Go-to-Market bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an den Kunden zum finalen Hiring Data-Driven Active Sourcing: Zielgruppenanalyse, Suchstrategie, Direktansprache und Qualifizierung Verantwortung für 5–8 parallele High-Priority-Projekte Entwicklung und laufende Optimierung unserer Funnel- und Sourcing-KPIs Erstellung überzeugender InMails, Stellenanzeigen und Kampagnentexte Enge Abstimmung und Sparring mit Hiring Managern und C-Level auf Augenhöhe Kontinuierliche Prozessführung, Kommunikation und Erwartungsmanagement mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern Qualifikation Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting und Active Sourcing mit klaren Erfolgsnachweisen Tiefe Routine in LinkedIn Recruiter und sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Sourcing-Tools (z. B.
