This hybrid role blends the expertise of an HR Business Partner with the hands-on precision of an HR Operations Specialist, giving you the opportunity to shape both global People programs and local initiatives that truly enhance the employee experience. You’ll play a pivotal role in the employee lifecycle, ensuring our People strategies align with business goals while fostering a culture where employees thrive.Join us and be part of a global team that ensures our people are at the very heart of our success.You will:Champion People programs: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and rewards.Partner with employees and leaders to guide policies, employee relations, and compliance.Bring local expertise: ensure programs align with German labour law and EMEA practices.Use data and analytics to drive workforce planning and uncover actionable insights.Manage employee lifecycle events, documentation, and HRIS transactions (Workday).Lead change: support communication and transformation initiatives across regions.You will have:Proven HR experience across Operations and Business Partner/Generalist roles.A degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.HRIS experience (Workday is a plus).Strong knowledge of German labour law and EMEA employment practices.Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.Languages: German & English (French would be an asset but not essential)Your Core Competencies:Business acumen: you see how People programs fuel performance.Relationship builder: trusted by employees and managers alike.Problem solver: proactive, practical, and solution-oriented.Adaptive communicator: tailoring your style to every audience.Change leader: flexible and skilled at guiding teams through transformation.Ready to make your impact at BlackBerry?
