Support us asSenior Project Manager Scaling Europe by enabling an organization that is growing sustainablyand overdelivering on targets.As part of the Business Development team at our European headquarters in Berlin you workclosely with our Production management teams in Europe to bring our used-car refurbishmentto a new level.What we offer:Time to relax: 28 days of vacationBe part of Europe’s leading automotive platformRegular feedback sessions to support you with your goalsDiscount on your new carAbove-statutory contribution to company pension planBabbel language coursesApply now and help us develop the best way to buy and sell carsJob DescriptionWork directly with our Director of Production Europe as well as the local management teams in all Autohero markets to create a European roadmap for scaling initiatives to build a strong team of 1000+ team members in EuropeManage cross-departmental initiatives with Production and People teams across markets focusing on: recruitment, onboarding, training, and retentionCreate and maintain EU-level reporting to measure changes in KPIs linked to recruitment, onboarding, training, retention; examples on employee level: skill matrix, training lead times, training progressCoordinate a streamlined onboarding process and have it executed at production centers that allows double-digit growth and ensures fast integration into teamsTogether with our trainers formulating training need and training programsCollaborate with external partners to boost our success in training and recruitmentQualificationsProven professional experience in a similar role, especially in business development, as project manager or as people analystWork experience in a start-up, a management consultancy, a dynamic, fast-growing company or from the automotive sector is a plusHands-on mentality, sense of ownership, agility and strong solution orientationOutstanding analytical thinking skills with the attention to detailEntrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness and flexibilityFluent communication skills in English is a Must, fluent in German is a big PlusValid driving licence cat.
