Als General Site Manager in Teilzeit bei Sodexo in Redwitz an der Rodach bist Du Gebäudeexperte und Menschenkenner.

Das ist Deine Aufgabe 

Du leitest ein großes Team von Fachleuten, um unsere finanziellen Ziele (Umsatz und Rentabilität) für den Standort zu erreichen und die organisatorischen Ziele zu verwirklichen Die Beziehung zum Kunden zu pflegen fällt Dir leicht. Dadurch schaffst du einen Mehrwert für deren Geschäft, erhöhst die Kundenbindung und erkundest zusätzliche Service-Lösungen, um organisches Wachstum zu schaffen Die Themen Personalauswahl und -einsatzplanung sowie Mitarbeitendenführung, -motivation und -entwicklung liegen Dir besonders am Herzen Reporting, Budgetüberwachung und -optimierung sind für Dich selbstverständlich Bei allen Vorfällen oder Verstößen bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle Du verwaltest alle Abläufe für mehrere Services am Standort, um Kundenzufriedenheit und operative Exzellenz zu gewährleisten Du achtest auf den Aufbau eines vielfältigen und leistungsstarken Teams Integrität, Transparenz, Vertrauen und Leistungsprinzipien sind Teil Deiner DNA Du unterstützt mit Deinem Fachwissen und erforderlichen Beiträgen zum gemeinsamen Ausbau des Geschäfts

Das bringst Du mit

Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gebäudereinigung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Facility Management und bringst zudem fundierte Erfahrung in der kundenorientierten Betreuung von Service-Dienstleistungen mit Führungserfahrung von großen Objekten Du liebst Zahlen und kannst diese gewinnbringend anwenden Proaktivität und Präsentationsfähigkeiten runden Deine Persönlichkeit ab Kundenorientierung und Sicherheit werden bei Dir großgeschrieben Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office Anwendungen runden Dein Profil ab
