Job DescriptionWe're looking for a customer oriented, data-driven, and deeply curious Working Student to support promotion quality process execution and improvement across our EU shops. You'll play a key role in helping us deliver events through optimizing the related discounts, transforming and automating processes, and enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities:Execute promotion validation processes to ensure we meet customer experience, profitability, and commercial goals.Define process improvement opportunities, efficiency, and automation initiatives.Support special projects related to a multi-year redesign of internal tools.Investigate and resolve complex problems using data to refine pricing, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.QualificationsStrong analytical mindset - advanced Excel, Macros, and SQL required. Bonus for Tableau and PowerBI.Interest in cross-functional projects, as well as product & automation.Excellent communication - can demonstrate care for customers and stakeholders.Full time student based in Munich.20 hours / week, at least 2 days in the office / week, ideally available for at least 9 months as a student.A passion for solving complex problems with structured thinking and data-driven decision-making.Fluency in English (bonus if you speak another European language).Bonus: Love pets?
