Based in Munich, Paris, Milan, Trivandrum, Pune, Singapore, and New York, our dedicated global teams of over 500 consultants share a joint vision: to be the consulting partner of choice for Allianz Group core segments, transforming the future of Allianz from within. We bring deep industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients' needs, ranging from strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims and operations to central functions and Agile methodologies. Allianz Consulting's structure focuses on competencies and delivery. Therefore, we are set up in individual Core Service Clusters and Growth Areas:LifeP/CSalesProductivityResilienceSustainabilityCentral FunctionsKey responsibilities / You will get to: Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reachedAssist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events Key requirements / What we hope you bring: University degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 1 year of relevant insurance industry and/or consulting experience (preferably in the Life Insurance or Asset segmentsDemonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformationKnowledge of Project - and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvementAbility to work in high demanding environmentsAn affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinkingYour desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coachedYour enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international teamAdvanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package Fluent in written and spoken English and German Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and techniques We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
