Das bewegst du bei uns: Du entwickelst innovative Warenträger- und Zubehörlösungen – von der Idee bis zur Serienreife. Du konstruierst praxisnahe Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Machbarkeit, Materialien, CI und Kosten. Du prüfst und visualisierst Konzepte mithilfe von 3D-Design und Rapid Prototyping. Du optimierst bestehende Lösungen durch technische Weiterentwicklungen und Materialinnovationen. Du wählst geeignete Lieferanten aus und bewertest sie technisch gemeinsam mit Sourcing und Display Buying. Du begleitest Lieferanten durch Musterprüfungen, Vor-Ort-Besuche und Risikobewertungen. Du stellst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen, Produktsicherheit und Zertifizierungen sicher. Du entwickelst Aufbau- und Schulungskonzepte für Dienstleister, Partner und Kunden. Du unterstützt Auszubildende und gibst dein Know-how in CAD, Materialtechnik und Designmethodik weiter. Du entwickelst dich fachlich in Konstruktion, Materialtechnik, Produktdesign und Projektmanagement weiter. Das überzeugt uns: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Industrie- oder Produktdesign, technisches Ingenieursstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung (Produktdesign, Tischlerei, Kunststofftechnik, Schlosserei) Erfahrung in technischer & konzeptioneller Konstruktion sowie kaufmännisches/kommerzielles Verständnis Sehr gute Softwarekenntnisse: SolidWorks & KeyShot (Pro), MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Photoshop (Basis) Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse Internationale Reisebereitschaft und -fähigkeit Unsere Benefits für dich: Optimale Flexibilität: Passe deine Arbeitszeiten flexibel an deine Bedürfnisse an und arbeite teilweise auch mobil.
