Current areas of action include establishing connections to key wholesale and retail systems and setting up a functioning end-to-end sales funnel with the goal of tracking, monitoring, and managing sales KPIs, thereby enabling management to make data-driven decisions. Become part of our team of innovation drivers and data enthusiasts and help us shape the mobility of the future As a Data Analyst, you will, together with a motivated and agile team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Product Owners, drive the value maximization of a data product throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Your tasks

Analysis & optimization of sales and controlling processes: Responsibility for the analysis and optimization of the entire sales process for vans and transporters – from lead generation to closing as well as development of innovative approachesData-driven management solutions involving legacy systems: Design, development, and implementation of data-based solutions to increase efficiency in the sales and CSP E2E funnelTrend analysis, KPIs & sales controlling: Identification and implementation of new digital trends in data analytics, controlling, and legacy systemsCreation of reports, dashboards & forecasts & presentation at management level: Development and Responsibility for the creation and presentation of detailed reports, dashboards, and forecastsInterdisciplinary collaboration: Interdisciplinary collaboration with sales, controlling, IT, and specialist departments to successfully integrate data from legacy and modern systems into operational and strategic management as well as contribution of intercultural competence and collaborations with international teamsEnsuring data quality & integrity: Responsibility for the quality, integrity, and consistency of sales and financial data - especially for the integration and harmonization of legacy data necessary for reporting QualifikationenAbove-average degree (Master, MBA, or Doctorate) in Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of studySolid knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), BI and controlling tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAP), as well as experience in application and further development of future-oriented skillsAt least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)Proven intercultural competence and the ability to work effectively in diverse, international teamsStrong agile mindset and willingness to quickly adapt to new methods and technologies to proactively drive the continuous development of analysis and controlling methodsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills and the ability to interpret and clearly communicate complex dataMaximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies) First experience (apart from studies) in the development and implementation of management and controlling concepts in sales is an advantageExcellent communication skills, especially for conveying complex controlling and IT concepts, as well as an innovative mindset to proactively identify new digital trends We value applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibilityIndependent, structured working style and high problem-solving competenceWillingness for continuous further training in data analytics, controlling, and system integration Excellent English and German skills (C1) We are looking forward to your application.
