Come join icon incar in Berlin or Munich as a Compliance Manager (f/m/x).What will you do?  We’re looking for an ISO & Compliance Manager (f/m/x) with focus on information security. You will be responsible for ensuring our business operations and procedures comply with legal and client-related regulations as well as internal policies. You will perform a variety of duties, including evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, reviewing company processes and leading training sessions. Your day-to-day will include:Support information security and develop compliance processes in accordance with ISO 27001 and TISAXAct as Quality Manager and ensure compliance with ISO 9001Manage and develop our existing integrated management system (9001 & 27001), both client facing and within the organisationBe the principle agent of continuous improvement within the organisation, including development and leading employee training sessions on compliance, quality and information‑security topicsMaintain and improve the organisation's policies and internal documentationSupport the Operations team to develop a sustainable and efficient work environment with focus on tools and processesImprove control systems and regularly assess their efficiency and recommend effective enhancementsDrive risk management, analyse, mitigate and accept information‑security risks, and re‑audit existing compliance standardsWho are you? You like to work your way through policies and regulations independently, and at the same time you are a team player who is communicative and has the bigger picture and team’s needs in mind.Here’s what we think you need to succeed in this role: Relevant experience: 3 + years in a comparable role (ISO‑27001 implementer, Information‑Security Officer, Compliance Manager, QM Manager)Standards knowledge: Proven expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, TISAX and related industry regulationsAnalytical & methodical: Strong planning and project‑management skills, able to translate complex regulations into actionable procedures.Team‑player mindset: Collaborative, proactive and dedicated to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.Fluency in English and good written and spoken GermanWho are we?icon incar is the leading design company in the automotive UX space.
