For permanent employment OHB System AG in Bremen  is looking for aSystem AIT Engineer (m/f/d) Your Tasks Overall AIT technical responsibility and go-to person for a project across disciplines and thus close collaboration and support of respective AIT managerTechnical coordination of an assigned AIT project teamEnsure implementation and compliance of OHB’s AIT processesDefine AIT flow, ground support equipment and facility concept in the early phaseStandardize and update AIT documentation, AIT Plan, Facility Plan, Ground Support Equipment Deployment Plan / Specs, AIT Risk Register, Procedures, etc.Ensure ground support equipment suitability and integration and test definition across disciplinesControl the technical coherency and consistency of documents, Ground Support Equipment and integration and test setups and approachesDefine and maintain interfaces to engineering, verification and PASupport the preparation of and participation at test reviews (IRR/TRR, PTR) in coordination with AIT ManagerOrganize results data review and drive respective approvalsOrganize and maintain AIT data storage for respective projectDefine and manage AIT tools usage for assigned projectSupport AIT manager with his/her planning activitiesTraining, guidance and mentoring of employeesTemporarily or permanently other reasonable and equivalent activities according to existing knowledge and skills Your QualificationsTypical relevant education: Completed engineering studies in a relevant area or equivalent qualificationProfessional and methodical competence: Long-time experience in space, technical competence in several relevant areas, security in handling of space processes, structured working methodSocial skills: Good communication skills, high problem solving orientation, high flexibility, resilienceLeadership competence: Technical leadership of several employeesStrategic action: Planning with foresight, high cost and schedule awareness, timely detection and avoidance of technical risksIncreased willingness for travelling and shift work: On-call-duty, willingness to work on weekends, increased willingness to work on campaigns, willingness for shift work We offer Work Life Balance: Flexible working hours, sabbatical, 30 days vacation & special leave days Mobile Work: Hybrid work & mobile work abroad Structured on-boarding process (incl.
