Hauptaufgaben
- Replacing damaged roof components and structural elements, including shingles, sheeting boards, roofing baths, and joints to restore roof integrity.
- Fabricating and fitting customized roof accessories and drainage systems, such as downspouts, gutters, rain/water pipes, chimney covers, batons, and slates.
- Conducting regular roof evaluations, detecting water ingress or leaks, and identifying the root causes and full severity of damage.
- Installing protective coatings and energy-efficient barriers by applying roofing felt, asphalt, and specialized insulating materials.
- Erecting and dismantling secure scaffolding structures to ensure safe working conditions and roof access across all job sites.
- Evaluating repair requirements and choosing the appropriate building, metal, and roofing materials needed for ongoing upkeep and specific maintenance tasks.

A4-3606-05:
Completed vocational training of at least 30 months in the appropriate trade.
OR
5 years of specialized experience.
A4-3606-06:
Completed vocational training in the appropriate trade PLUS 2 years experience at a level of difficulty comparable to the Wage Group 5 or equivalent. The applicant must be able to perform the duties independently.
German driver's license class B required.
German driver's license class C desired.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LEVEL:
English Language Proficiency level B1 AND German Language Proficiency level C1 required.

This is a permanent fulltime position (38.5 hrs./week).
Shift work required.
On-Call duty required.
