It connects research, industry, research funding and the public: Munich Quantum Valley supports an efficient transfer of knowledge from research to industry, establishes a network with international reach and offers educational programs for schools, universities and companies. The office, which will be located at Forschungscampus Garching, is looking for a Project Manager (all genders) to start as soon as possible.The position is initially assigned to the MPQ and limited until 31 December 2026. Subject to expertise and funding, continued employment at MQV gGmbH for three years is desired.Your responsibilities includeActive support of the scientific managementTaking on project management tasks including follow-ups of milestones and deliverables and documentation of project-related activities, reports, and protocolsBudget enquires and financial reportsIndependently manage the scheduling, organization, and coordination of Site Visits, scientific workshops, technical meetings, and colloquia, while actively supporting the implementation of these scientific eventsRepresentation of MQV at various eventsAct as contact person for Bavaria-wide MQV partnersWhat you should bringSuccessfully completed university degree in the STEM field or business administration, or a comparable course of studyFirst professional experience or completed . is an advantageGood German and business fluent written and spoken English skillsTarget group-oriented communication skillsModeration skills, the ability to network including willingness to travelA forward-thinking, diligent, and solution-oriented approach to workProfound knowledge of MS Office.
