With our lithium plant, we are making a decisive contribution to the decarbonization of European industry and to securing a sustainable supply of lithium in Europe.   Support our dedicated team in making our vision of a climate-neutral future a reality.  We are looking for you to join our growing team in Karlsruhe as a full-time (40 hours per week) Contract Manager – CAPEX Projects (m/f/d).Das erwartet Dich bei unsYou are the first point of contact in the project team for supply chain and contract related topics.You establish and optimize project procurement strategies and coordinate between the project and procurement organizations. You are the intermediary between suppliers/companies and the project teams. You manage contracts, ensure contract performance, handle change order management, disputes, and claims. You will identify contract-related project risks and define and monitor mitigation measures with the project teams. You will foster supplier relationships, promote continuous improvement, collect supplier feedback, and drive innovation and value creation with selected suppliers.Das solltest Du mitbringenYou have a master's or bachelor's degree in economics, law, supply chain, engineering, or a comparable field. You have 6+ years of experience in large CAPEX projects in the E&P, chemical, or energy industry. You are willing to travel for negotiations and on-site supplier meetings.You are fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus.You work proactively, are solution-oriented, and are a true team player, even under pressure.Das bieten wir DirFlexible working hours and the option of mobile working.30 days of vacation (based on a 5-day week).Onboarding program “Vulcan Starter Days.” Includes a visit to the power plant and a tour of our laboratory.Company pension scheme.Corporate benefits platform with many attractive discount offers.Opportunities for professional and personal development with individual training options.Wir freuen uns Dich kennenzulernen Interested?
