Align with the HQ industry management department to understand the latest requirements for categories and supplier resource sharing, properly utilize supplier resources, and quickly respond to requirements. Participate in key projects from rep offices, guide key project strategy development and target achievement, manage project risks, and coordinate and allocate key resources in project operations. Pre-review PMC topic materials, convene PMC meetings, and organize and take minutes to monitor and improve the operation quality of PMCs and JRTs in each country. Internal control management. Requirements: 3-5 years experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally with the General procurement sector. Understand business knowledge and processes of related domains such as procurement, MKT related. Good cross-function coordination competence and negotiation skills with customers. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint. Fluent English mandatory. German or Chinese are preferred.
