Key responsibilities:Inventory counts: Planning, executing and analyzing inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.Implement and monitor all quality-related action plans on the shopfloor to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, deviations, and corrective actions taken, and report to management for continuous improvement thereby maintaining high quality standards.Train and support floor staff in quality inspection processes and the use of inventory equipment to promote a culture of quality awareness.Support the system quality team to ensure that quality control measures are followed and that any deviations are promptly addressed.What you should bring with you:You have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.You have experience in a warehouse and distribution environment, with a focus on quality control, inventory management, or a related area.You can demonstrate advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.You bring advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on preventing inventory discrepancies and improving process efficiency.You are communicative in both German and English.You are motivated to work in a team and can communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
