Working Student in Market & Liquidity Risk Management (m/f/d) Welcome at Allianz We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative location Munich Schwabing. Within Allianz SE, Group Risk (GR) is in charge of managing risks to bolster Allianz's financial strength and to support value-focused company leadership. As such Group Risk is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the Group's overall risk profile, and thus ensuring that individual Allianz companies adhere to the Group's risk governance principles. Our risk framework covers approximately 100 entities worldwide providing risk measures, analysis and reports to 400 - 600 direct users. What you will do as Working Student in Market & Liquidity Risk Management (m/f/d) Support the development of quantitative risk management tools both in terms of modelling and programming, maintained by Group Risk and the team. Support with respect to daily risk management tasks in the Allianz Group's market and liquidity risk area (risk analyses, preparation of presentations, ...)Support in annual risk reporting process for Allianz Group (e.g. ORSA, SFCR, RSR, Annual Report, Recovery Plan reporting...) What you bring as Working Student in Market & Liquidity Risk Management (m/f/d) Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or Masters program in a highly quantitative subject such as economics, finance, business informatics, Mathematics/Mathematical Finance, Physics, Computer Science and Engineering or related.Good command of at least one statistical programming language (e.g., Python and/or R, Excel VBA) ideally showcased via shared projects on Git or similar, with the ability to use it in a productive environment and create prototypes. Ability to understand and work with large datasets and knowledge of basic algorithms.Familiarity with fundamental mathematical and statistical concepts such as regression models, time series analysis, linear algebra, random variables and stochastic simulation methods, proved through relevant coursework or prior internship experience.Fluent in English, Fluency in German will be considered a plus.Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
