As a Sales Planner & Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of planning, execution, and analytics—designing targeted sales campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring our teams focus on the highest-impact opportunities. As PERGOLUX continues to scale across Europe, Australia, North America, and South America, you will play a critical role in aligning sales efforts with revenue-driving priorities. What You’ll Do Plan, coordinate, and optimize targeted sales campaigns, including seasonal pushes, product launches, upsell strategies, and reactivation initiatives. Design structured campaign setups, including target lists, cadences, messaging concepts, and incentive frameworks. Track and analyze campaign performance in real time, adjusting tactics and sharing best practices across international markets. Build dashboards, lead-quality analyses, and post-campaign insights to support data-driven sales and leadership decisions. Support sales forecasting and pipeline modeling while ensuring smooth handoffs and alignment between Marketing and Sales teams. What You’ll Bring A degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Campaign Planning; D2C or e-commerce experience is a strong plus. Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) and BI or reporting tools. Proven experience designing, executing, and evaluating measurable sales or marketing campaigns. Fluent English (C1 or higher) with a proactive, structured, and collaborative working style in an international environment.
