You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure resilient, scalable, and secure connectivity solutions that meet the needs of mission-critical applications such as satellite communications and autonomous systems.Key Responsibilities:Develop hybrid network architectures combining terrestrial and non-terrestrial platforms based on TCP/IP principlesLead the integration of satellite and terrestrial networks, ensuring seamless interoperabilityOptimize network performance, focusing on scalability, latency, and Quality of Service (QoS)Collaborate with vendors to implement routing policies and network servicesOversee the deployment of secure, resilient networks for mission-critical applicationsMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and partners Your QualificationsMaster’s degree or PhD in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldEperience in network architecture, with a focus on hybrid or non-terrestrial environmentsStrong knowledge of IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS), and network securityExperience with satellite communication systems and ground segment integrationFamiliarity with SDN/NFV, automation tools (, Ansible, NetConf/YANG), and Linux systemsKnowledge of 5G/6G architectures and NTN (Non-Terrestrial Networks) integration is a plus We offer Work Life Balance: Flexible working hours, sabbatical, 30 days vacation & special leave days Mobile Work: Hybrid work & mobile work abroad Structured on-boarding process (incl.
