Your missionWork closely together with our team of underwriters and analystsManage our SME loan portfolio and monitor risk levelsDevelop and implement risk management strategies, working both conceptually and hands-on when neededComfortable in driving creditworthiness assessments based on different criteria, including quantitative and qualitative analyses on financial, ratings, scores and firmographic informationGive insights and support our quantitative and data team to develop new features for our Scoring ModelsCollaborate with our product and business development teams to develop new loan products.Involved in relations and comms with external stakeholders, including bank partners, data providers and credit bureausYour profileBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field with analytical focusExperience in credit risk management, ideally in SME or retail lending would be a plusStrong understanding of quantitative and qualitative underwriting, credit risk and portfolio managementProven experience in understanding and implementing risk management strategies and policiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work pragmatically and hands-onFluency in English and good knowledge of German, mainly of financial terminologyFintech experience would be a plusSQL knowledge is not necessary but definitely a plusOur offerOur offerAn attractive base salary.Participation in our virtual Share Options Program.Fresh coffee and snacks in the office.Pet-friendly office.Company & team events for a strong team feeling.Direct collaboration with our C-Level.You belong with usWe are currently a team of more than 30 employees from over 10 nations and are big fans of diversity.
