AufgabenAufgaben Du begeisterst dich für Transformationen, komplexe Veränderungsvorhaben und die strategische Begleitung von Organisationen im digitalen Wandel? Dabei warten die folgenden Aufgaben auf dich: Ganzheitliche Beratung unserer Kunden zur Konzeption und Umsetzung von Change Management-, Enablement- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im Rahmen von Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten Identifikation von Kundenbedarfen sowie Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Kundenbeziehungen Verantwortung für (Pre-)Sales Aktivitäten inkl. Entwicklung passgenauer Angebote für unsere Bestands- und Neukunden sowie Übernahme des kompletten Angebotsprozess Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten bei unseren Kunden inkl. bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams Führung und Begleitung interdisziplinärer Projektteams, Förderung von Zusammenarbeit und Innovation innerhalb des Teams sowie Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden AnforderungenAnforderungen Um für deinen Weg als Senior Manager im Bereich Change Management (all genders) gewappnet zu sein, hast du folgende Qualifikationen im Gepäck: Abgeschlossenes Studium und mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Beratungsumfeld mit Fokus auf Change Management  Expertise im Bereich Change Management, Kommunikation und Enablement sowie Erfahrungen in Transformations- und/oder IT-Projekten Leidenschaft für Projektarbeit im Team, Technologien und Methoden im Change Management Umfeld Deine Arbeitsweiseist geprägt durch sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Struktur, Eigenmotivation sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit Wissenswertes vor der Abfahrt: Beginn: nach Vereinbarung – immer zu Beginn eines Monats Arbeitszeit: in Vollzeit (h); Urlaubstage Arbeitsverhältnis: Unbefristet Bereich: Consulting Sprache: sicheres Deutsch & Englisch Flexibilität & Reisebereitschaft Sonstiges: eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis; bei Bedarf können wir die Arbeitserlaubnis im Rahmen unseres Recruiting-Prozesses beantragen.
