Port Engineer

Moffatt & Nichol specializes in large complex waterfront infrastructure projects and is recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in this field. We are actively looking for a Port Engineer to join our Hamburg Office. As part of the Civil Group, the Port Engineer assists the planning, design and plan production for general civil engineering on a wide variety of port projects which may include site civil design for marine terminals and landside facilities, rough and precise grading for container yards and access roads, dredging for navigation channels and berth pockets, drainage design accounting for tidal influences, and utility design including sanitary sewer systems, potable and non-potable water supply, fire water systems, and storm drain networks with appropriate outfall structures.About Moffatt & Nichol:Moffatt & Nichol is a leading U.S.-based global infrastructure advisor specialising in the planning and design of facilities that shape and serve our coastlines, harbours, and rivers.
