Bei ST. ROBO spielst du als Technischer Projektleiter:in eine zentrale Rolle bei der Umsetzung innovativer Tourproduktionen und Live-Events. Deine Aufgabe ist es, kreative Konzepte in technische Realität zu übersetzen – von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Show. Aufgaben Entwicklung von technischen Lösungen und AV-Systemen basierend auf Design und Budgetvorgaben Erstellung von Plänen, Zeichnungen und Schemata für Equipment-Positionierung, Verkabelung, Showcontrol (Video/Audio) Technischer Gesamtüberblick über das Equipment in allen Gewerken Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen für maximale Effizienz Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion & Regie zur Sicherstellung der technischen Machbarkeit Aufbau eines effizienten Zusammenspiels zwischen Setbau, Content und eingesetzten Technologien (Qualitätskontrolle) Entwicklung operativer Abläufe gemeinsam mit Integratoren und Showpartnern Reisebereitschaft zur Vor-Ort-Betreuung von Integration und Aufbau Koordination von Flächenplanung, Auf- und Abbau-Zeitplänen Sicherstellung interner technischer Betreuung und First-Level-Support Qualifikation Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement, Equipment-Handling oder Engineering – davon mind. 3 Jahre im Live-/Touring-Kontext Versiert im Umgang mit Vectorworks und Tabellenkalkulationen Fundiertes Wissen in Licht-, Video-, Rigging-, Audio-, SFX- und Bühnen-Technik Kenntnisse im Bereich Rigging und Sonderbauten Gültiger Führerschein Erfahrung in Teamführung und Personalorganisation Ausgeprägtes Projektmanagement-Know-how Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise Hohes Maß an technischem Verständnis, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil) Innovationsfreude und Interesse an neuen Materialien, Designs und Technologien Fähigkeit, sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld flexibel anzupassen Freude daran, Wissen zu teilen und Best Practices weiterzugeben Benefits Inspirierendes, kreatives Arbeitsumfeld in einem führenden Designstudio Unbefristete Vollzeitstelle mit Entwicklungsperspektive Mitwirkung an internationalen Shows, innovativen Formaten & immersiven Produktionen Modernes Studio im Herzen von Berlin Kollegiales Miteinander mit Raum für individuelle Kreativität und Teamgeist Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle für eine gesunde Work-Life-Balance Wenn du dich in dieser Rolle wiederfindest, freuen wir uns sehr auf deine Bewerbung.
