We are hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist to plan, drive and execute regional marketing initiatives across our International regions, with a strong focus on sub-regions and countries where there is considerable opportunity for growth. You will work in close collaboration with the Regional Marketing Team Lead and the International Business Development team to agree key programs, and execute strategic plans including digital campaigns, ABM and outbound campaigns, events, and AI-optimised content tailored to these markets.One Click LCA’s carbon accounting and reduction platform is used in over 170 countries and is growing rapidly. We focus on the construction and manufacturing sectors, leading the charge in sustainability within the built environment.You will join a mission-driven and highly international team working in a flexible, remote-first environment.This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based within Europe.What you’ll do: Plan and execute high-impact, achievable marketing strategies in collaboration with the regional Business Development Team. Review progress-to-date within the 4 International sub-regions - ANZ, EEU, MENA and APAC - and develop a strategic plan to drive growth within these. Implement 1:Few and 1:Many Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, leveraging target account and persona data, to identify and support opportunity development within key segments. Localize (where relevant) multi-channel, Globally-driven campaigns and marketing content, ensuring alignment with the needs and challenges of your regions. Own, measure and optimise International marketing performance metrics (MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, ARR) with a determined focus on increasing quality and conversion rates. Establish, execute, measure and optimize a pipeline-generating Outbound strategy in alignment with your regional Business Development counterparts. Research, plan and execute local events, webinars, and third-party collaborations to increase reach and demand for our solutions. Closely collaborate with the Global Growth Marketing Team to assess performance and make impactful changes across paid search, paid social, website and other paid channels, to meet the needs of your markets. Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, topics, and challenges, to refine your local strategies and maximize opportunities for growth. Establish and nurture (where already in place) industry partnerships, e.g. association memberships and media partners, to identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow audience reach and generate pipeline. What you need:This is an exciting, challenging, and rewarding role for someone who can bring demonstrable experience in driving growth across several nuanced regions. You will need a strong and focused mindset to make decisions and prioritise your work. You will be the Marketing ‘Champion’ within the International team. Strategic mindset and operational ownership. Happy to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to get the job done. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment. Strong experience in a target-driven marketing function, and able to confidently communicate progress and blockers to the marketing team and other key stakeholders. Solid understanding of AI-optimisation and the evolving B2B marketing landscape as a result of AI-driven changes in search behavior. Fluency in English is required as it is our working language; additional language skills from your sub-regions are a strong benefit. Exceptional copywriting and communication skills. Experience executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns and events that produce results. Hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and get things done, providing transparency of your plans and campaigns, and collaborating for support where required.
