Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior SAP PE (PP-PI) Consultant to support a life sciences digital transformation program. This role will focus on the production execution (PE) and process industries (PI) components within SAP PP, ensuring alignment with GMP-compliant manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is fluent in German and experienced in complex SAP implementations within regulated environments.What You Will Be Doing:Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP PE (PP-PI) solutions in a validated life sciences settingTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutionsCollaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, and MES integration teamsSupport data migration, testing, and cutover planning activitiesDrive workshops and engage stakeholders across German-speaking business unitsEnsure adherence to GMP, CSV, and other relevant regulatory requirementsTroubleshoot issues and provide expert-level support during hypercare and post-go-liveMentor junior consultants and contribute to project documentation and knowledge transferQualifications8+ years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on PE (Production Execution) and PP-PI in the process industryProven track record in SAP projects within life sciences or other regulated industriesFluent in German (mandatory) and proficient in EnglishDeep understanding of GMP, GxP, and validation requirementsExperience integrating SAP with MES and shop floor systemsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently and lead workstreams in complex project environmentsAdditional InformationWHY YOU SHOULD JOIN FUSION:At Fusion, you’ll join a diverse team of talented professionals from around the world, united by a passion for delivering impactful digital transformation in the life sciences industry.
