Become a part of this family history and apply today   Location: Hamburg | Reference-No.: | Employment type: permanent » Your responsibilities: Strategic Advising: Serving as a trusted advisor to CxOs on HR matters that impact the organization's long-term success Alignment with business goals: Collaborating with senior leadership to understand and support the company's strategic objectives Talent Management: Developing and implementing global talent strategies, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning Organizational Development: Identifying opportunities for organizational growth and effectiveness and driving initiatives to achieve these goals Change Management: Assisting in managing organizational change and transformation efforts, including mergers and acquisitions Employee Relations: Handling complex global HR issues, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws Data Analytics: Utilizing HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and enhance workforce performance Global Compliance: Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with international labor laws and regulations Diversity and Inclusion: Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace Global HR Programs: Overseeing the implementation of global HR programs, such as leadership development and training   » Your profile: Business economist with several years of professional experience in the HR department of an international company Experience in a comparable company in the fields of employee support, recruiting as well as personnel and organizational development Comprehensive knowledge of the respective products and their HR requirements Sound specialist knowledge of labour law, works constitution, social security and contract law Experience in the implementation of HR projects Confident demeanour and strong communication skills as well as strong intercultural experience and skills Proactivity and a hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of English Diversity and equal opportunities are firmly anchored principles of our company philosophy.
