Bei einem unserer renommierten Kunden in der Rhein-Neckar Region, einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen, suchen wir ab sofort einen Sustainability Manager (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie proaktive Verantwortung und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung für Nachhaltigkeit und Qualität bei. Das Unternehmen verfolgt das Ziel, nachhaltige Prozesse und Standards konsequent umzusetzen. Ihre Aufgaben Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie. Verantwortung für die Umsetzung zentraler Nachhaltigkeitsmaßnahmen entlang der Lieferkette und innerhalb der Organisation. Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen unter Berücksichtigung ökologischer und sozialer Kriterien. Steuerung und Begleitung von Audits sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kundenanforderungen. Transparente Kommunikation und Reporting zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern. Monitoring relevanter gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Branchenentwicklungen zur kontinuierlichen Integration in Unternehmensprozesse. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium in Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umweltwissenschaften, Wirtschaft mit Nachhaltigkeitsschwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Nachhaltigkeitsbereich, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelbranche oder im Großhandel. Fundierte Kenntnisse deutscher und europäischer Umwelt-, Sozial- und Lieferkettenregelungen. Sicherer Umgang mit branchenüblichen Standards und Anforderungen, z.B. im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel. Strukturiertes, selbstständiges Arbeiten und Koordination komplexer Projekte. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
