It's not just about festivals, like Rock am Ring or sporting events - like Formula 1 or the Super Bowl - but also about guaranteeing all guests a thrilling experience.  Come with us as Senior RF Specialist - Series (m/f/d) on this exciting journey and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Design, plan, and operate large-scale, interconnected RF systems in live production environments Take ownership of frequency management and overall system coordination Configure and program end devices and base stations – on-site or remotely via software solutions Integrate, test, and fine-tune complex RF components within IP-based architectures Act as the central link between sales, operations, and customer project teams Drive technical excellence for an internationally recognized product line Ensure documentation, quality assurance, and continuous process improvements Share your expertise by delivering training sessions for colleagues, partners, and customers – empowering others and enabling long-term knowledge growth THAT'S YOU Several years of hands-on experience in RF technologies (frequency management, device & base station configuration) Proven background in managing large, interconnected RF systems Strong understanding of remote configuration, automation, and software-based RF network management Solid networking know-how (IP, routing, security) – ideally at the intersection of RF and IT Willingness to travel internationally and confidently lead customer-facing projects Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can make complex topics easy to understand A natural trainer and mentor, with the ability to inspire and transfer knowledge Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus Structured, analytical, and proactive working style with a passion for system interconnectivity  WE OFFER More than just a salary - your plus at RIEDELLook forward to 30 days of vacation and many additional offers - from JobRad to exclusive employee discounts, corporate benefits and our company pension scheme.
