Accountant (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKSManage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice verification, posting, and payment runs.Prepare, process, and monitor incoming and outgoing invoices in close coordination with our tax advisor. Handle office management tasks.Maintain accurate general ledger records and support monthly and annual closing procedures (HGB).Oversee contract management, including documentation, tracking of renewal dates, and compliance with internal policies.Administer inventory management (hardware, equipment, assets), including regular reconciliation and documentation.Support cost center accounting, internal approval workflows, and process improvements.Coordinate supplier management, including onboarding, master data maintenance, and monitoring of SLAs and pricing.Collaborate closely with Operations, GTM, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure smooth financial operations.YOUR PROFILEMultiple years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a B2B software / SaaS company.Proficient in DATEV, MS Office, and digital finance tools.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders.Business fluency in German and solid understanding in English.HELPFUL ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Spendesk, Salesforce or similar tools.Understanding of SaaS-specific revenue topics (e.g., Revenue Recognition).Exposure to process automation or optimization in finance.About usWe believe robots should do the work humans should not—dull, dirty, and dangerous tasks.
