Join us as Project Engineer EMEA (f/m/d) on this exciting journey and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You deliver commissioning and training services, either on-site or remotely. You work closely with Riedel teams and customers to organise and prepare on-site services, including all required content and materials. You collaborate with Project Management and Pre-Sales to create and follow Scope of Work documents and manage customer expectations professionally throughout the project. You ensure that all pre- and post-commissioning documentation is complete, up to date and properly handed over to the relevant Customer Service teams. You work collaboratively within the Customer Success team to collect, organise and share knowledge on products, industry standards, new technologies and best practices. You support Demo and Pre-Sales teams in complex demo, POC and exhibition setups and lead cross-departmental projects when required. THAT'S YOU 4+ years of experience in a relevant market field, ideally broadcast or entertainment Audio/Video Willingness to travel and high mobility Solid experience with broadcast production workflows Knowledge of digital media standards, especially video and audio over IP (e.g. SMPTE 2110) Understanding of network architectures and deployments (a plus) Completed university degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. CCNA, ACE, IT, electrical or communications engineering) Strong customer communication skills, troubleshooting mindset and a self-organised, team-oriented working style Fluent English and German (additional languages are a plus) WE OFFER Life and Work balance through our flexible working time system including mobile working in a hybrid model Career booster with numerous individual development and training opportunities Diversity is very important to us, at RIEDEL we focus on an open working atmosphere, inclusion is part of our Culture - it is about the people and their personality that matters Diverse offers through myEAP (e.g. help with childcare, care for relatives, offers for body & soul etc.) We’re contributing to your career development.
