IT Systems Engineer – Microsoft

Your tasksManage and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) including user lifecycle, conditional access policies, MFA, identity protection, and application integrations.Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for device management (Windows, iOS), compliance policies, and application deployment.Provide day-to-day support for IT operations including user account management, device troubleshooting, patching, and software deployment.Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).Monitor and respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner.Contribute to IT security posture by implementing and maintaining policies aligned with organizational standards.Assist in IT projects such as system migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security enhancements.Document processes, procedures, and technical configurations.Collaborate with other IT team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
