Let’s dive in:Manage and nurture customer relationships via phone, email, and digital channelsPrepare quotations and follow up until successful deal closureMaintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)Qualify leads and support the key account sales teamCoordinate with internal departments such as Logistics, Marketing, and Technical SupportYour profileThat sounded great, right?
