Your MissionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented (Junior) Internal Auditor (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the design and effectiveness of processes, internal controls, risk management, and compliance across various business functions. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and help ensure operational integrity and regulatory adherence.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute internal audits across operational, financial, and compliance areasIdentify control weaknesses and provide actionable recommendationsPrepare clear and concise audit reports for managementSupport follow-up activities and monitor the implementation of corrective actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong control environmentAssist in risk assessments, annual audit planning and regular reporting to senior managementThat's What You Bring AlongProfessional experience in audit techniques, and risk management, compliance and/or IT auditing Work experience within the Financial Services industry and knowledge of relevant regulation is a plusHigh standards for quality and accuracy in your workStrong communication and influencing skills, combined with a confident and professional presenceReliable, self-driven, and excel at finding practical solutions to complex problemsIT knowledge or familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and cloud environment is a plusFluent in German and EnglishEqual Opportunities & DiversityWe value our diversity and welcome everyone to our team.
