The Role As a Customer Support Representative, you will: Provide high-quality customer support in German (C2 level) Use English (B2 level) for internal communication and documentation Represent well-known international brands Deliver customer support via phone, email, or chat, in line with company standards Work & Travel Lifestyle A true Work & Travel lifestyle: enjoy your days discovering Greeces culture, beaches, and history, while some projects may require evening or night shifts, depending on the client and market supported.
