Dann schau dir unsere Aufgaben für deine neue Anstellung als Asset Management Analyst genauer an: Dein Aufgabengebiet: Erstellung von Analysen für die jährliche Strategieplanung Erstellung von Finanzmodellen (DCF) Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Objektstrategien Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets / Businessplänen (Capex, Opex, etc.) Überwachung von Asset-KPIs und Mitwirkung an der Berichterstattung an die Investoren Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von ESG-Maßnahmen einschließlich der Analyse relevanter Daten Mitwirkung bei der Überwachung von Mietverhältnissen, Ansprüchen und potenziellen Rechtsstreitigkeiten mit Rechtsberatern Mitwirkung an der Umsetzung von Marketing- und Vermietungsstrategien Mitwirkung an der Überwachung von Sanierungs- oder Entwicklungsprogrammen in Abstimmung mit internen und/oder externen Entwicklungsexperten Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Veräußerungen (Datenraum, Bewertung, RFP, usw...) Mitarbeit an übergreifenden Projekten Your Profile Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften/ Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (oder vergleichbar) mit Immobilienbezug und/oder Zusatzqualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Immobilien, Investment-Banking oder Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaften Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint sowie idealerweise Anaplan Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift Ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten Teamplayer, der auch selbstständig arbeiten kann Fähigkeit, sich in einem internationalen Umfeld zu entwickeln und zu kommunizieren Motiviert und engagiert Kreatives Denken, Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen About AXA The AXA Group is a global leader in insurance and asset management, with 160,000 employees serving 105 million customers in 62 countries.
