What you can expect As a Senior Expert in Product Development Software (gn), you are responsible for the establishment and further development of our technology-driven software product development area.You take on the design and implementation of a new, innovative software development area with a focus on SaaS products for our customers.You develop a clear vision and strategy for the product development area.You lead an interdisciplinary, international agile software development team as well as an external development team with more than 20 employees.You ensure the scalability of applications and organizational processes and also take responsibility for successful product development.You manage collaboration with external service providers, including contract negotiations, invoice verification, and budget responsibility.You work closely with technically oriented stakeholders and coordinate with them.Preparing communication and decision templates for various target groups rounds off your range of tasks. What makes you stand out We are looking for a Senior Expert in Product Development Software (gn) with the following skills:Leading teams in agile software development is nothing new to you, and you also have the ability to motivate and lead interdisciplinary teams.You have knowledge in project management and resource planning, as well as the ability to estimate resources, time, and scope.You have experience in designing scalable and robust SaaS solutions.You have already gained knowledge in selecting suitable technologies and frameworks.Knowledge of infrastructure, data storage, logging and monitoring, as well as security and compliance of cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure or another provider, rounds off your profile.
