Our solutions address the major challenges of our time: climate change, housing shortage and skills shortage.We value a working environment in which diversity and flexibility are appreciated, cooperation in partnership and mutual support in the team are a matter of course and learning is perceived as an opportunity.Become part of our international team Become part of #OneAareon We are looking forward to meeting YOUResponsibilities:Overall responsibility for managing customer projects: from requirements gathering through planning to successful implementation and follow-up supportLeading project meetings, steering committees, and regular coordination with customers to ensure transparent and realistic schedules as well as goal-oriented collaborationIdentifying customer needs and advising on digital transformation initiatives, as well as supporting customers in the implementation of technology-based solutions to enable better decision-making, data analysis, and performance trackingConducting analyses of existing customer systems, processes, and workflows to identify optimization potentials and recommend suitable SaaS productsLeading and taking responsibility for the implementation and integration of our SaaS product Wodis YuneoPlanning and delivering comprehensive technical and professional training, and ensuring successful onboarding of customer teams to guarantee effective use of Wodis Sigma and Wodis Yuneo by their employeesBuilding long-term and sustainable customer relationships as a trusted partner and providing continuous consulting to maximize the benefits of our SaaS productsProfile:Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as real estate management or business administrationPreferably experience as a consultant (m/f/d) with expertise in SaaS productsSolid knowledge of processes in real estate management, for example—but not limited to—property management, financial accounting, rent accounting, operating and heating costs, as well as correspondenceFamiliarity with SaaS products commonly used in the real estate industry, such as property management software, CRM systems, financial tools, and analytics platformsExcellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective solutionsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective stakeholder management, building customer relationships, and conveying technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiencesExperience in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, coordinate resources, as well as project controlling and monitoringExperience with Wodis Sigma or Wodis Yuneo products is an advantageVery good German and good English language skillsWillingness to travel (approx. 70%–80%)What we offer:30 days of vacation plus days off on December 24th and 31stWork-life balance through flexible and mobile workingFuture-oriented workplace in the growing IT solutions sector on a stable foundationOpportunities for personal development through individual training and further educationCompany bike (JobRad) for work and leisure
