We are looking to strengthen our IT team as soon as possible for a Business Central - Support Specialist (gn) These are your tasks You will manage and track tickets using our Jira system and prioritize and classify the incoming tickets You perform routine system maintenance, updates, deploy new releases and patches You conduct training sessions on system functionalities and best practices You develop and maintain user manuals, guides and FAQ’s You assist in customizing and configuring Business Central to meet business needs You collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features You work together with the master data office to ensure data integrity and assist with data migration, import/export, and integration with other systems What you need for this position You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV/Navision) You have proven experience in technical support roles You are proficient in system troubleshooting and problem solving You have experience with SQL Server and Jira Experience in DevOps CI/CD pipeline management is an advantage You are a team player and appreciate an international and multicultural environment You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Very good English skills round off your profile What we offer you Full-time position offered as fully remote or with an option to combine with office presence in our locations in Constanti (Spain) or Visbek (Germany) An attractive remuneration package At our location in Visbek: Company pension scheme, company fitness, eBike leasing and free drinks and fruit Reconciling family and career through flexible working hours with home office options A position in which you can grow professionally and personally and have good development opportunities Induction training from a motivated and energetic team A company with excellent growth potential in a crisis-proof industry
